Sunset with two new instruments on the site
Although we had the customs inspection today in the morning rather than yesterday, all pieces of the puzzle fitted together today and the site now has two new instruments on it.
We are tired, but happy as everything seems to have arrived in perfect shape.
We are soon heading for the “Just Grilling” to have the “Catch of the Day”.
The DIAL and the MPI Radar will be powered up tomorrow when the “error rate” is hopefully lower as it would be now.
Stay tuned for more news

Have a rum for me… you guys look like you accomplished lots!
Wow! This all went so fast! The sunset picture is really nice. I am glad you did not experience any major issues with the instruments. Hopefully your last week will go as smooth, when you come back we will have some gluhwein waiting for you….
Make sure to visit Oistins on Friday evening! And the little grill stand across the street from the school and the orange little store selling breads (from Bottom Bay on your way to Six Roads), has great jerk chicken…but I guess you already know 🙂
The site looks great! I didn’t check the blog for 2 days and what a surprise tonight. Enjoy your sunday evening! Super!
Hey, someone is ontop of the DIAL container and the radar is scanning! let’s see if it manages to collect some data. You should at least get a picture of Gerhard in front of the site before he flys to London.
