Status 2015 01 16

After digging into the electric of the raman (thanks to Bjoern) we probably found the error that caused the problems with the AC.
The laser inside the raman is not working permanently, so we will change the laser to the second one.
At the radar we have a problem with one of the waveguides, so we won’t be able to run the radar with high power.
MRR is changed (Hauke!), now its powered in the office container, rain detection is working.
